Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

In this case, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is returned in the same condition as received.

  • The product has been used in a normal manner. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  • Products for which hygiene is important have been properly cleaned before initiating the return process.

  • Any defect was reported immediately after receiving the product.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned products if we suspect that they have been used or damaged due to causes not attributable to us.


How can I return a product?

If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows:

Please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photos of the product in case of damage

  • Customer’s full name

  • Customer’s address

After receiving your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.
Never send the product back to the sender’s address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions if they are a natural person acting for purposes not related to their business or professional activity.

A. Conditions for order cancellation

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the last item of the order.

As our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, it is not possible to stop shipment, and a refund can only be issued after the product has been received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Julia’s Treasures by a clear statement sent to:

of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal is considered effective once we receive the returned product. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.


Shipments in transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times beyond our control.
If the product is already in transit, the order cannot be canceled.

Please wait for delivery and then return the product according to the instructions above. You may, of course, inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure faster processing of your return, please provide proof of return shipment.


Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of withdrawal and the returned product.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of products are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants), custom-made products (e.g. personalized items), and hygiene products (e.g. cosmetics).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.

We also do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


14-day cooling-off period within the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

As stated above, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
